After four days that I bought a used car at Tyson in Shorewood, IL, the engine of this car failed.
I try to negotiate with the person that sold this car and with general sales manager of the store Jim Kinney, but they were very unhelpful and disrespectful. They did not want to take any responsibility even that I drove this car only 60 miles. This is a very ripped of . Are car dealers allowed to sell junk cars?
What I should do?

I thought it had elements of “Little Miss Sunshine” and “Tremors.” It reminded me of Japanese comedies like “Shall We Dance” with its cast of misfits.

I haven’t read if someone in the US is already working on a Hollywood version — I wouldn’t be suprised mind you — but I doubt the misfit/social outcast characters will survive the translation. Hollywood likes heroes.

As far as I know, the only thing I need is him to sign the title over to me.
Then, a bill of sale to both of us, saying this car was sold on this day, for X amount of money.
Then, on my end, I need to get it registered and get plates and all that.

But strictly speaking about the actual person to person transaction, what are the necessary components?
