You mean like a speed cam?

    I don’t see how else I suppose.

Fight it. Explain the situation and they should work with you.

    your boned. Seller beware.

It shouldn’t matter. Police only fine the driver. Unless it was a photo speed trap. In such a case, when you have to appear at court show your corraberating evidence. If there was a photo, it will clearly show you were not the operator of the vehicle. This will exonerate you.

You can contest it. I don’t know how, but if you got a fine, there should be a number to call on there somewhere.

your screwed im afraid but maybe not if you plead not guilty and when they go to court 1st if the officer doesn’t show up and often they dont for speeding tickets but if he does ask if he can posatively identify you as the driver and explain the situation to the judge. he still has to proove you were driving the car.
