As a former car salesman(6 months) I can tell you that they think of customers in two categories. Boges and citizens.
Boges are people with bad credit and citizens are people with good credit.
Also, If you think car salesman lie, you should hear the customers. A customer will tell you ANYTHING to get into a car. And then you run their credit report and find out they are full of it.
The old joke goes…How do you tell when a customer is lying? Answer… When they open their mouth.
Another classic..” I’d like my payment to be $200.00 to $250.00 per month”. Yeah right! If you have a serious down payment/trade in and if you have great credit.
Most people got out of the dealership with $350.00 to $550.00 as a monthly payment.
That they’re stupid walking wallets with feet.
some are great people, others are the worst people……..
